Workshops

_MG_9466DEADLINE to submit proposals is March 31st

The Workshops are the heart and sole of conference. It is in these smaller sized groups that valuable learning, networking, and growth really happen. Our Conference Planning Committee has identified the following as topics that will be covered at the conference:

–   Transportation
–   Olmstead and Community Life
–   Employment
–   Housing
–   Guardianship
–   Group Building
–   Recreation

We will consider any workshop related to self-advocacy but are especially interested in workshops led by self-advocates. We are looking for presenters with engaging interactive sessions. If you are looking to lead a workshop for the first time, or are a rock star presenter, please consider using your talents to move self-advocacy forward.

Refer anyone you think would be a good presenter to this page or have them contact the conference planning committee, pmitchell@selfadvocacy.org
